Zubereitung

  • 1.

    Apri i filetti, prendine uno e mettilo a scongelare in frigo per 9 ore.

  • 2.

    Scongelato il filetto, apri le patate, mettile in teglia e condiscile.

  • 3.

    Condisci anche il filetto e ricoprilo con il misto di granella.

  • 4.

    Inforna poi le patate e i filetti a 180°C per 15 minuti.

  • 5.

    Impiatta poi il tutto prestando attenzione a non rompere il filetto.
